E-Commerce Returns & Refund Policy

At Astrea Beauty, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If something does not work for your skin, we offer a straightforward return policy designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be gently used, with approximately 70%–80% of the contents remaining. Returns must include the order number or proof of purchase and must have been purchased directly from our website.

First Order – Total Refund
Your first order with Astrea Beauty qualifies for a total refund if a product does not suit your skin, provided the request is made within the 30-day return window.

For the purposes of this policy, a first order means the customer’s first purchase from our website, regardless of the number of products purchased.

To prevent misuse of this policy, the first-order satisfaction guarantee applies to only one product per customer. If multiple products are purchased in the first order, only one product will be eligible for a total refund under this guarantee.

Later Orders – Normal Refund
All subsequent orders after the first order are considered normal orders. Returns for these orders are eligible for a normal refund, which will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Repeat Purchases of Previously Refunded Products
If a refund has already been issued for a specific product, that product will not be eligible for another refund under the first-order satisfaction guarantee. Any future purchases of the same product will be considered final sale and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or promotional clearance
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@astreabeauty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions for completing the return process.

Right to Refuse Returns
Astrea Beauty reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected misuse, excessive return activity, or abuse of this return policy.
